About Your Work

As the Network Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into our Networks of Care. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team to grow and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals, ensuring the availability of high-quality healthcare services.

  • Physician and Provider Recruitment: Identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Physician and Provider Onboarding: Deliver full-cycle relationship management from initiation to onboarding of new providers, including executing agreements, credentialing, and other applicable tasks.
  • Physician and Provider Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with new prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Presentation and Communication: Conduct service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, effectively conveying value propositions.
  • Market Research: Stay current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform pitches to prospective physicians or providers.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings, staying updated on any developments and effectively communicating them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, physician relations, and internal teams, to align strategies and objectives.

  • Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
