Position: Human Resources Generalist - Full Time

Location: Longmeadow, MA

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Generalist role will possess experience in the HR field, particularly within the healthcare sector. This position will be primarily based at our Longmeadow campus, with occasional support required for our Connecticut location. The HR Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, providing a wide range of support including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, data management, compliance, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and enforcement of company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Enforce company policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HR programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll tools.
  • Strong grasp of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
