Lash Consultant

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lash Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.

1. Personalized Lash Consultations

• Conduct thorough and personalized lash consultations for clients, understanding their unique preferences and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments.
• Set up appointments for all leads and current clients.

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our range of lash products and services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of various lash offerings to drive sales and meet customer needs.

• Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through a results-oriented approach.
• Utilize company software to find, contact, and schedule leads to prospects.
• Sell memberships to non-members and maintain a 60% closing rate.

• Stay informed about the latest lash trends, beauty products, and industry innovations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.

• Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Contact clients on a daily basis to help them schedule regular appointments.

• Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Keep well-maintained client logs to ensure proper communication between all members of the front desk and management.

• Stay actively involved in promoting store events, special promotions, and new product launches to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Be available for offsite events up to 25-50 miles from the location (scheduled in advance).

• Must be available to work at both Burke and Woodbridge locations on a weekly basis, depending on business needs.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
5. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to work rotating shifts between:

• Monday-Saturday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm, 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
• Sunday: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Should be able to commute between both locations, Woodbridge and Burke.

Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $13-15 per hour depending on performance.
