Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Ford Inc. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive pay ($18/hr. plus commission with a yearly potential of up to $80,000+).
