Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Fire Police City County FCU. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling a wide range of transactions, and promoting our credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Process loan payments and other financial transactions.
  • Assist members with account inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote credit union products and services to members, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including transaction logs and member account information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and financial transactions.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a clerical office setting. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
