**Salary and Benefits:** Competitive hourly rate ($30.92) with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, sick days, personal days, and more.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Navigate and coordinate services for 10-15 tenants with SPMI/MICA needs
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans
  • Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve tenant goals
  • Accompany tenants to court hearings and advocate as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in staff conferences

**Qualifications:*

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in supportive counseling, harm reduction stages of change model, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
  • Familiarity with disability issues, mental illness, substance abuse, and domestic violence
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
