About the Role:
This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify high-quality leads through various channels, including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, trade shows, and business exhibitions.
- Qualify Leads: Assess lead quality based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Sales Process: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers through personalized communication.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage sales opportunities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of IT Service Management and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong Work Ethic: A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho) to manage leads and track sales activities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
