Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will learn to:

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating issues to the Sales Team when necessary.
  • Prepare proposals for equipment sales and coordinate with finance partners to provide accurate cost information.
  • Manage the order processing system, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Report on key performance indicators to management within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure proper allocation of equipment upon receipt and verify that all ordered items are available for delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

No specific experience is required; however, the following skills are desirable:

  • Experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and MS Office applications.
