Job Summary

University Village Thousand Oaks CCRC LLC is seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Safely prepare and assist residents with medication administration, maintaining accurate medication documentation and records.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to on-site emergencies with the emergency response team.
  • Vital Signs: Take vital signs as indicated.
  • Resident Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Clerical Support: Provide clerical support and receptionist services for the department as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of six months experience as a Medication Technician in a Senior Living Community or Pharmacy Technician certification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.
  • Current CNA certification a plus.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills required.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States.
