About the Position
The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of ticket sales and distribution for the UFL, ensuring accurate, efficient, and customer-friendly operations. Primary responsibilities include fulfilling orders promptly, processing requests accurately, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure effective communication with ticket buyers.
What you will do
Build ticket accounts, process payments, ticket orders, invoicing and payment reconciliation using Archtics ticketing software.
Assist with building special offers, events, price codes as directed by senior management.
Serve as the main point of contact for ticket sales department inquiries, including refunds, exchanges, and general customer service issues.
Ticket fulfillment main point of contact for internal complimentary and day of game ticket requests.
Assist in financial reconciliation regarding daily reports, monthly reports and event settlements.
Work closely with all internal departments for cross-promotional initiatives.
Efficiently collaborate with various department in processing full season, group, single game and internal ticket orders and ensure delivery of tickets occur in a timely manner
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients.
Serve as forefront of customer experience on game days in the box office and provide exemplary service.
Maintain Ticket Operations department policies and procedures.
Exercise confidentiality and integrity upon handling personal and financial customer information.
Other duties, as assigned by the Ticketing Department.
What you will bring
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in ticket operations. Ticketmaster knowledge a plus.
A passion for sports, ticketing & innovation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments, and operations.
Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromising judgment and discretion to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others, and company documents and records.
Strong customer service skills.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Efficient time management and organization.

Additional Details
Please note that the ideal candidate be based in one of the following markets: Houston, Tx/Arlington, Tx or St Louis, Mo
While this role will be remote, you will be required to travel to other UFL team markets during the season.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and nontraditional hours, inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
