This Role is Ideal For You If:

You are a vital leadership partner to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, serving as a reliable resource for store staff in their development and growth. You will collaborate with the leadership team to cultivate a productive environment where customers enjoy an exceptional experience, employees excel, and the business flourishes. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing staff selling and service skills while managing the daily operations of a successful retail environment.

A Typical Day Includes:

Your day may vary significantly, from monitoring sales targets and metrics to fostering client relationships, setting clear expectations, and holding your team accountable to high standards. You will also focus on building a talented team dedicated to delivering an outstanding retail experience. Throughout your day, you will collaborate with a passionate team that shares your commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a fashion-related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury or service-oriented environment.
  • Previous managerial experience is advantageous.
  • A proven track record of success in retail management.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
