The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Support Store Manager in Analyzing Business Performance

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in technology (iPad, registers)
