Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional experiences for carriers and drivers in a contact center setting by utilizing strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain efficiency in a dynamic environment, adhering to schedules for start times, breaks, and lunches.
  • Identify potential issues in the logistics system concerning the pickup, transport, or delivery of customer loads.
  • Conduct outbound communications to clarify any detected or potential failures within the logistics systems.
  • Assist with workload surges and weather-related operations, including working overtime during peak periods.
  • Utilize internal systems to compile data from various sources for reporting purposes on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and effectively communicate insights across the organization.
  • Support field teams with driver assignments, load acceptance, and equipment availability.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in logistics, customer service, and transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Strong service orientation.

Qualifications:

  • Background in call center operations (inbound or outbound).
  • Ability to focus on details and facts to achieve resolutions.
  • Tech-savvy with at least one year of experience using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience in collections, insurance, claims, or investigations.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively in real-time.
  • Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work setting.
