Job Title: Cardiorenal Sales Specialist Hybrid

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiorenal Sales Specialist Hybrid to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products, driving utilization, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and revenue in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate pull-through and drive business results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to foster a culture of compliance and ethics.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of industry sales experience, with a focus on cardiovascular and nephrology products.
  • Product launch experience and strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
