KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome, greet, and provide assistance or guidance to any customer entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their feedback.
  • Clarify product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Detail all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Learn to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all other steps of the sales process in alignment with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No prior dealership experience required – training will be provided
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the sales day
  • Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
