Key Responsibilities- Review and process rental applications and leases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and colleagues, exercising good judgment and discretion in all interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, adhering to established regulatory guidelines.
- Assist residents with interim and annual recertifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor resident compliance with lease agreements, rules, and regulations.
- Familiarity with subsidized housing programs and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum two years' experience in housing management, social services, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as Tax Credit Specialist or Certified Occupancy Specialist, are highly desirable.
