Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Peckham. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to U.S. citizens, utilizing a computer-based knowledge system to answer general questions about policies, practices, procedures, and other data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information to determine customers' needs and apply problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries effectively
  • Access knowledge base per customer request for information
  • Accept other jobs/duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Ability to pass a computer skills assessment (typing, reading comprehension)

Work Environment

Our customer service team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a moderate noise level. As a representative, you will be required to multitask, speak, listen, read, and use a computer simultaneously during your scheduled shift. You will also be required to be mobile throughout the building and work individually, as well as part of a team.
