Stanbridge University is seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator to maintain the Admissions office services through effective and efficient coordination of daily operations. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is people-oriented and gets along well within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Office Reception: Ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
  • Data Management: Gather and manage data pertaining to the Admissions department.
  • Office Maintenance: Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • File Management: Manage electronic and physical files for all incoming cohorts including supplying and tracking missing documents.
  • Special Projects: Participate as needed in special department projects.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist with the coordinating, planning, and implementation of all department-related meetings/functions.
  • Minute Taking: Take accurate minutes of meetings and distribute accordingly.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for department leadership team.
  • Reception Desk Coverage: Cover the main reception desk, as required.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalency is required.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A working knowledge of office procedures and office equipment is necessary.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and produce reports under strict guidelines is essential.
  • The ability to handle multiple responsibilities, task-oriented projects, and details simultaneously is required.
