We are seeking a skilled Medical Provider to join our team at Healthcare For the Homeless Inc. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality medical services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with compassion and expertise
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team
  • Provide patient-centered care that is trauma-informed and non-judgmental
  • Document services accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical record
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and practice literature to provide the best possible care
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as an adult or family nurse practitioner
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse practitioner in Maryland
  • CDS and DEA licenses
  • BLS CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of direct clinical care experience in primary care
  • Experience working with historically underserved populations
