">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radio Network Director to join our team at Nebraska Public Radio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that engage our digital and broadcast audiences.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategies to create engaging content for digital and broadcast audiences.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive new content initiatives.
- Lead short- and long-term planning efforts for technical and content production priorities.
- Prepare and manage the Radio Network's budget, ensuring financial oversight and sustainability.
- Create programming schedules that leverage national and local content to maximize audience retention.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, communications, or a related field and experience in broadcast or digital audio production. Leadership experience in a non-commercial radio station and expertise in digital content production are also essential.
