The Aircraft Structure Assembler is a critical part of the aircraft assembly process. The position requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure assembly and skill to complete the allocated tasks on Quality and On time.

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools.
  • A high level of integrity, the ability to communicate clearly, and be flexible to work across three shifts.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment to enable the delivery of a High Quality Aircraft and On Time Delivery to internal customers (TAKT).
