Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assessment of Training Needs:
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify the technical training requirements.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to collect data on skill gaps and training necessities.
Development of Training Programs:
  • Design, create, and update technical training resources, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
Coordination of Training Activities:
  • Organize and schedule technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage logistics, including the setup of training spaces, equipment, and materials.
Facilitation and Instruction:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for employees, employing diverse training methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating technical training.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work autonomously.
Compensation: $57,000 - $75,000 base annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
