Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of Training Needs:
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify the technical training requirements.
- Conduct surveys and interviews to collect data on skill gaps and training necessities.
- Design, create, and update technical training resources, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
- Engage with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Organize and schedule technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage logistics, including the setup of training spaces, equipment, and materials.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for employees, employing diverse training methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, including completion rates and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance training offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating technical training.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work autonomously.
