Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records, and participate in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach plan to maintain a healthy pipeline, and create and maintain relationships with decision makers across planning, account, and executive teams.
  • Own the pre and post-sale process, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding new product additions and existing product definition.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules, and call expense reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in media sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
