THE RIGHT STAFF is collaborating with a prominent global distributor and manufacturer to find an HR Manager to enhance their expanding HR department.
We are in search of an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be instrumental in fostering employee relations, overseeing training initiatives, managing performance evaluations, facilitating onboarding processes, implementing policies, driving recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and managing benefits for our client's growing international organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise Department Leaders and Supervisors on staffing needs, talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and employee relations matters.
• Guarantee uniform application of policies and adherence to employment laws.
• Oversee the talent acquisition process, which includes workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring activities.
• Partner with fellow HR Managers to formulate strategies and provide analytical data for informed business decisions.
• Promote employee engagement, enhance productivity, and improve retention rates.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and I9 verification processes for various locations.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a strategic HR Manager role is essential.
• Proven skills in employee relations, staffing, influencing, and coaching are necessary.
• Capability to operate independently in uncertain situations.
Work Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits:
• This role is based at the designated facility.
• The position requires 100% onsite presence.
• Flexible working hours are available, with core business hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
• The starting salary is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• This is a direct-hire opportunity.
