About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our team at HealthEdge. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the VP of Product Management to identify and prioritize key areas of opportunity for improvement, and drive continuous improvement efforts in those areas.
  • Standardization and Efficiency: Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used both internally by the product team and in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and Measurement: Support the product team in driving consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder and customer needs, and bring a data-driven approach to prioritization and measurement.
  • Communication and Governance: Support efforts to establish the appropriate governance and communications structures for key stakeholder groups, and partner with the GTM org and executive leadership to implement commercialization process and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • Experience: 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or otherwise engaging in ongoing efforts to improve processes and collaboration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter, product and program management processes and best practices, and MS Office, ADO, and Confluence.
