Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Kirby Risk. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including vendors and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  • College level coursework and/or equivalent 4 + years relevant work experience
  • Understanding of business operations and processes
  • Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal and customer contact skills
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong telephone etiquette, and meeting management skills
  • Listening effectively when others are speaking
  • Effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to report on success of projects
  • Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training, and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience (Electrical Supply and Distribution)
  • Demonstrated project management and customer service skills
