Job Title: Support Technician

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a skilled Support Technician to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building's games, simulators, and technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest experiences by providing timely and accurate service, managing wait times, and communicating information as needed.
  • Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games, securing all ticket storage areas.
  • Assist Guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Notify Managers of any unhappy Guests and take prompt corrective action where necessary.
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and ensure all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assist with general store maintenance as directed by management.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this position, the Team Member will regularly be required to:

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work off an extension ladder.
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
