Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and overseeing the performance of non-provider staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard staff members, including front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, and x-ray technicians
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of non-provider staff, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
  • Lead and organize staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner, monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools and metrics
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement programs to drive improvement and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in a medical office setting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines
