Staff Nurse Ambulatory Clinic Specialist

North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Verona, Mississippi.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our ambulatory clinic setting. As a Staff Nurse Ambulatory Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering pharmaceutical care, monitoring patient outcomes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide and document pharmaceutical care, including medication use evaluation and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor patients for adverse drug reactions, stop orders, drug allergies, and drug interactions.
- Assist with education of pharmacy staff, students, and other healthcare professionals regarding safe and effective medication use.
- Participate in community programs that promote medication adherence and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi.
- Competence in providing basic pharmaceutical care services to patients of all ages.
