Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Ambulatory Clinic. As a Staff Nurse Ambulatory Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering pharmaceutical care, monitoring medication use, and participating in quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities:- Provide and document pharmaceutical care, including medication-related services and monitoring for adverse drug reactions.
- Assist with education of pharmacy staff, students, and other healthcare professionals on safe and effective medication use.
- Participate in community programs to promote medication adherence and participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Design and implement approaches to support and enable delivery of pharmaceutical care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Licensure to practice by the State Board of Pharmacy in which the facility is located.
- Competence to provide basic pharmaceutical care services to infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
