We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team at Mobile Healthcare Partners Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient medical records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a clean and professional working environment, while also assisting with the training of newly hired Medical Scribes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transcribing patient appointments with high accuracy
  • Managing an average of at least two patients per hour, and a minimum of four patients per hour during peak times
  • Facilitating diagnostic tests and referrals to medical specialists
  • Assisting the Physician with fundamental patient care

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, car allowance, and vacation time.
