Job Title: Relationship Manager

Business in Focus Limited is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development and Growth Service, you will work closely with a portfolio of programme eligible clients to provide tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize approved diagnostic tools to understand clients' businesses and identify barriers to development and growth.
  • Develop a Strategic Operating Growth Plan (SOGP) for each client, identifying actions and objectives on a Roadmap for Growth (RFG) to maximize achievement of clients' growth potential.
  • Provide advice through a diverse range of methods, including digital support platforms, webinars, and face-to-face delivery.
  • Make recommendations leveraging the full suite of services available in the Business Wales services.
Requirements:
  • Experience of running or managing a business, or significant experience at senior management level, with responsibility and influence for business strategy and operations.
  • Proven experience of delivering business advice to a diverse portfolio of businesses.
  • Working knowledge of financial management, accessing finance, taxation and company law, marketing, sustainability, environmental management, quality management, HR and leadership, equality and diversity, international trade, innovation, intellectual property, digital, supply chain, manufacturing methodologies, or a sector/industry specialist.
