Key Responsibilities
- Maintain punctuality and dependability during scheduled work hours.
- Engage with clients through phone and email communications regularly.
- Package and prepare necessary documentation for clients.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients.
- Process client payments efficiently.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Coordinate client meetings and consultations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail effectively.
- Organize and file documents systematically.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked office environment.
- Perform data entry tasks related to client bookkeeping.
- Support payroll preparation and related tax obligations.
- Prepare personal income tax returns under supervision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks or the willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
