Job DetailsJob Title: Neonatal Care Specialist
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neonatal care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
