Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist Specialist to join our Acute Care Physical Therapy team at UNC Hospitals Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide comprehensive consultations and therapeutic interventions to patients with varying acuity levels.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes a generous hourly rate of $81 per hour, along with excellent benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement planning, and tuition reimbursement. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to other staff and students
  • Evaluate patient needs and set realistic treatment goals
  • Devise and manage PT treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient-centered care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, including one year in the specialty field
