About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Exact Sciences in Madison, WI. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity in our Master Data Management system (Veeva Network).

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will:

  • Lead MDM Projects: Develop and implement match, merge, and survivorship rules to ensure high-quality customer master data.
  • Ensure Data Governance: Enforce data governance rules and provide Quality Control checks on production data.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to document business specifications and establish data stewardship processes.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external data providers to ensure seamless integration of data sources.

You will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives and projects, including mergers and acquisitions, and develop your skills in data management, sales support, and operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in business administration or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Data Management Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • Authorization to Work: Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in marketing, sales, or operations.
  • Familiarity with Veeva and Tableau: Familiarity with Veeva and Tableau software tools.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. In addition, this position is bonus eligible and eligible to receive company stock upon hire and annually. Exact Sciences offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, paid leave for parents and caregivers, a retirement savings plan, wellness support, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
