Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Madison, WI. This role will be responsible for managing customer data quality and integrity, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.

Salary

$67,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year. Bonus eligible and company stock offered.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer master data quality and integrity in Veeva Network
  2. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to document business specifications
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external data providers
  4. Provide quality control checks on MDS team production
  5. Leverage analytical tools to inform decisions and drive business value
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, sales, or sales/operations support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Able to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel
