Key Responsibilities:

  • Photograph and assess the overall condition of properties, including buildings and premises

  • Follow carrier instructions and maintain quality standards

  • Travel to inspection locations as needed
Requirements:
  • Reliable vehicle, computer, smartphone, and internet connection
  • Observant and detail-oriented
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and photographs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including typing, uploading, and downloading documents
  • Background in construction, firefighting, safety, real estate, or previous military service is beneficial
  • Must reside in the advertised geographic area
