Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems Developer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, program, and commission advanced building automation systems using Tridium Niagara.

About the Role
  • Design and develop custom control sequences for building automation systems, leveraging Tridium Niagara platforms.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management, into a single cohesive platform.
  • Commission and test control systems to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after project completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience with programming and integrating with Tridium Niagara (AX and N4), as well as strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and related building technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement building automation systems, focusing on Tridium Niagara platforms.
  2. Develop custom control sequences to meet project requirements and enhance system performance.
  3. Integrate various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management, into a single cohesive platform.
  4. Commission and test control systems to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to project specifications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after project completion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Building Automation Programmer, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara.
  • Proficiency in programming and integrating with Tridium Niagara (AX and N4).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and related building technologies.
  • BACnet, MODbus, and/or Lonworks experience.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Honeywell, KMC, or others.
