About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and respected attorney to lead and manage our Dallas office as Market President. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for launching, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners in the Dallas area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships with senior decision-makers in the legal departments of large companies and partners/execs at leading law firms in the Greater Dallas area.
  • Propose and negotiate deals with clients, and serve as a trusted talent advisor, career connector, and legal talent resource.
  • Hire, manage, and retain a local supporting team to ensure world-class levels of client and candidate satisfaction and strong financial performance.
  • Serve as Latitude's Dallas company leader and brand ambassador, maintaining a sterling reputation with the Dallas-area bar and community.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a successful law firm partner in a well-respected Dallas-area law firm, or as a senior in-house counsel in a Dallas-area legal department.
  • Strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers in the legal departments of large companies and partners/execs at leading law firms in the Greater Dallas area.
  • Proven ability to serve sophisticated corporate legal departments and strong business development aptitude.
Compensation

The total compensation for the Latitude Market President role is largely dependent on the financial performance of the market. The expectation is that the total earnings for the Dallas Market President would be $400,000 to $700,000+ per year as the market president successfully develops and scales the market to size.
