Cardiology Patient Service Representative

Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to the Cardiology team. This role will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Collect and verify patient data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and equipment
