Job SummaryAs a Vacation Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in showcasing the value of Wyndham Destinations to prospective owners. You'll engage with individuals, build rapport, and present compelling vacation ownership opportunities within our state-of-the-art sales centers.
Essential Responsibilities- Deliver Engaging Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive presentations that highlight the benefits of Wyndham Destinations, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with prospective owners by understanding their needs and aspirations. Effectively communicate the value proposition of vacation ownership.
- Drive Sales Success: Generate sales through effective closing techniques and a customer-centric approach. Maintain a high level of performance and strive to exceed targets.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise. Stay abreast of market trends and competitive offerings.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
- A strong track record of success in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- A genuine passion for the travel industry and a desire to help people create memorable vacation experiences.
