This role is responsible for implementing promotional sales strategies, fostering team collaboration, and managing various logistical aspects of event execution. Additionally, the Sales Promotion Specialist will have the opportunity to train alongside senior management team members, gaining insights into the operational and business logistics behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to implement promotional sales initiatives.
- Evaluate outcomes and provide recommendations to boost sales performance.
- Proactively identify and engage new strategies to enhance fundraising outcomes.
- Assist with all promotional activities throughout each event.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching with a focus on building and supporting high-performance teams.
- Ability to positively influence others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and drive change through empathy and accountability.
