Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist in the U.S. Army, you will play a vital role in supporting the military personnel management process. Your responsibilities will include assisting commanders with strength management and distribution actions, maintaining emergency notification data, and providing postal and personnel accountability support.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the readiness, health, and welfare of all soldiers, which includes overseeing document preparation, drafting requests, and managing official documentation such as ID cards and tags.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or GED, and have a strong aptitude for English and business administration.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to follow detailed orders and work effectively in a team environment.
