About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team for a contract opportunity in Manchester, New Hampshire. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic acute dialysis environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes in a fast-paced acute dialysis setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments, identify, and prioritize patient needs
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet patients' unique requirements

Requirements:

* 2+ years of recent experience in acute dialysis nursing
* Strong knowledge of dialysis modalities, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate: $62-$80 per hour, depending on experience
* 36 hour guarantee per week
* Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check
