Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the South Mountain Restoration Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility, following state and federal regulatory guidelines.
  • Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania or an active temporary permit to practice.
  • Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
