Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Support Nurse in New England. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services, manage interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family">
  • Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care">
  • Case manages all assigned patient clinical records">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment">
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health">
  • Compassionate, kind, and empathetic qualities to provide exceptional patient care">
