Medical Unit Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse, Medical Unit to join our team at Kent Hospital. As a key member of our medical unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
About the PositionThis part-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus up to $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, either individually or as part of a team, using evidence-based practice and current nursing standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and goals.
- A minimum of six months' job-related experience, equivalent to a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RI State Licensure is required; BSN or BSN enrollment is also necessary for external applicants.
