Ambulatory Care Nurse Practitioner Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Triage students and manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth intake process for incoming patients.
- Perform various nursing tasks to promote continuity of care, working collaboratively with nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers.
- Run the front desk and effectively manage patient flow, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide excellent customer service in a courteous manner, building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or college.
- Current Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensure in Rhode Island.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug Screen Certification.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training.
- Familiarity with ambulatory care equipment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
