Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on business development and customer relationship management. This role involves expanding our presence within existing customer bases, specifically targeting strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales activities and assist customers with their orders
  • Regularly visit customer accounts in the field
  • Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships
  • Execute and finalize all sales calls
  • Promote incremental displays and equipment placements
  • Ensure compliance with promotional programs
  • Provide service during account visits, including light merchandising
  • Review business performance with customers
  • Maintain company assets and develop action plans for underperforming assets
  • Communicate account activities effectively
  • Conduct merchandising and inspection tasks
  • Lead and execute resets to enhance product portfolio
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve service tickets
  • Manage Point of Sale advertising for accounts
  • Maintain punctual attendance and comply with company policies

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
  • Proficient in using mobile applications
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance required
  • Driving record free of major violations for the past three years
  • Ability to provide and maintain a personal vehicle for work purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer applications

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical stamina, including:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull loads weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk significant distances during the workday
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions
